Thank you to everyone who has written a review! Reviews are extremely important to authors. Not only do they help us know what we did well (and not so well), but they are also the primary way that people chose the book (unless you are related to me).
After three weeks the book is still listed pretty high! It is currently number 12 in “inspirational Christianity” and #76 in the Kindle store in the “Christian church growth” category. Yay!
